  • Weight Management - Most people that are trying to "lose weight" are not actually trying to lose weight but instead are trying to shrink and tone through the loss of excess fat. FT Fitness Training has had extensive experience and success with weight management clients (see success stories) and is ready to assist you with your individual weight management goals using tried-and-true exercise regiments and science-backed techniques.
  • Strength - Strength gains can be achieved through numerous avenues - some less desirable than others... FT Fitness Training's approach is based primarily around learning how to use your body correctly and safely through practice, practice and more practice of perfect form, biomechanical efficiency and exercise technique. Only this way will you be able to continue training, safely and pain free, and working toward your health, fitness and performance goals.
  • Flexibility - Flexibility training (aka - range of motion training and/or stretching) is vital for numerous reasons. In order to function correctly and with little to no pain in your back and other various joints, your body's muscles and tendons must have a minimally sufficient range of motion (ROM) and lack of tension during rest. Insufficient ROM can, and ultimately does, lead to back pain, knee pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, etc.
  • Strength Endurance - Strength endurance is basically an individual's ability to do work (or play) for an extended period of time. Do you like to walk, play tennis and/or work in your back yard? Improvements in strength endurance will increase your work capacity and help you to last as long as you wish at whatever activity it is you partake in during your free time or at work.
  • Aerobic Capacity - One's aerobic capacity is what allows that individual to do low to moderate intensity level work at a steady/uniform pace for an extended period of time. Improving one's aerobic capacity will also improve that individual's heart health and decrease chances of certain diseases such as cancer, diabetes, arthritis, etc...
